In the Appfolio widget below, click on "View Details" or "Apply Now".  If applying, please complete the application process via Appfolio.  A non-refundable application fee of $35.00 plus any additional Appfolio processing fees may apply using this method.

Requirements: Everyone over the age of 18 must apply.  The application fee is charged per applicant.  Application fees are non-refundable.  Applicant must meet required credit score and make sufficient income to be considered.
